2024: Support for XBRL version 6.0 taxonomy

ProgramBank implemented support for the XBRL version 6.0 taxonomy in its "ProgramBank.XBRL RL" solution. The company announced this on June 28, 2024.

On March 19, 2024, the final version of the XBRL taxonomy (version 6.0) was published on the official website of the Bank of Russia, as well as accompanying materials and guidelines. The final version of the taxonomy is intended for the formation of reporting data as part of the pilot collection of supervisory and statistical test reports, the entry into force is scheduled for January 1, 2025.

In the future, an adjustment version 6.1 will be published, including adjusted control ratios and other point improvements.

The company's customers participated in a pilot data collection organized by the Bank of Russia to test the taxonomy and technology platform. The purpose of the pilot collection is to check IT systems and processes in financial institutions.

ProgramBank 's clients took an active part in the pilot collection and registered all the necessary XBRL packages in the Central Bank's personal account on time. The main feature of the ProgramBank.XBRL solution is that reporting is a full-fledged business process. This allows large companies, where various business units, HR, accounting and ICS are included in the process, to efficiently distribute functions, carry out checks and verification.

The ProgramBank.XBRL solution is designed to be able to prepare reports both for new versions and to retake reports in previous versions. ProgramBank is ready to further develop its ProgramBank.XBRL RL solution, based on the requirements of both existing and planned Bank of Russia documents. Customers of the company can always count on taking into account the specifics of their business processes when preparing and submitting reports in XBRL format.

2023: Add version 5.2 taxonomy support

The system ProgramBankXBRL"." added support for taxonomy version 5.2, which implements, in particular, the 6282-U requirements for the SCS. The company ProgramBank announced this on March 2, 2023.

The updated version of the Bank of Russia XBRL taxonomy (version 5.2) will be used by the Central Bank of Russia for reporting:

  • Supervisory and statistical reporting - since 01.04.2023.
  • Accounting (financial) statements - starting with the statements for the first quarter of 2023.

The "ProgramBank.XBRL RL" solution are designed to be able to both prepare reports on the latest versions and retake reports in previous versions.

The main feature of the ProgramBank.XBRL solution is that reporting is a full-fledged business process. This allows you to use "ProgramBank.XBRL RL" to large companies where business units, HR, accounting, ICS, etc. are included in the process, and functions distribution, checks, and verification are required.

Employees of one of the largest financial groups in Russia have already tested the release of statements in taxonomy 5.2 in the ProgramBank.XBRL system.

For several years, ProgramBank have been participate in the activities of the methodological working group of ANO Center XBiArEl (XBRL), which allows maintaining the sensitivity and flexibility of the decision to changes in the requirements of the Central Bank.
