Automatic formation of acts abolishes manual operations: for each confirmed payment, the platform creates an act and provides access to the document to both the administrator and partner directly in their personal accounts. This solution reduces time costs and reduces the likelihood of errors in primary documents, ensuring end-to-end transparency of settlements. The connection is available in the Settings management menu: Settings → General Settings → Financial Settings → Act Settings.

To strengthen direct communication with partners, the ability to connect and brand your own Telegram bot has been added. The tool works on the Standard and PRO tariffs and allows you to transfer key operations and notifications to a convenient messenger format. Activation is carried out through the menu: Settings → General settings → Integration with Telegram → Personal bot.

Application management in the partner program has been transferred to the "Partners → Activation Requests" tab, where the number of new requests is displayed and confirmation or rejection in one click is available. Centralization of applications and instant actions speed up the onboarding of partners and unload managers, which is especially important when scaling the network and growing the incoming flow.

The News and Learning sections received a modern interface focused on viewing speed and ease of content consumption. In training courses, you can now attach videos from YouTube and RuTube and play them in the built-in player without switching to external windows, which increases engagement and reduces the time to search for materials. Updates are focused on accelerating the launch of new partners and systematizing knowledge within the ecosystem.

Automatic Partner Status Change Function

The PRM Online partner program management platform has presented an updated functionality for automatically changing partner status. The update allows companies to completely eliminate manual control and transfer partners to new statuses according to predetermined rules and metrics, making work much easier: the system takes over the routine, saves managers time and reduces the risk of errors in managing the partner network.

Advanced functionality is already available to all platform users, connection is carried out in the menu section: Settings → General settings → Automation.

Automatic partner status change functionality

• Flexible rules. The status can be changed based on partner profile fields, as well as quantitative metrics - the amount of sales, the number of transactions, the amount of remuneration or the number of leads. It is possible to set up complex conditions, for example, "amount of sales ≥ X and number of transactions ≥ Y."
• Analysis by period. It supports both work with closed periods (month, quarter, year) and analysis of the last N periods, for example, "the last 3 months."
• Scenario automation. The system revises the status according to the schedule (once a week, month, quarter or year), and can also update it daily when the data in the profile changes.

Flexible Partner Program Payment Settings

The PRM Online platform has expanded the ability to flexibly configure payments in partner programs. Now companies can independently determine through the administrator's personal account which types of payment details are available to various categories of partners, for example, bank accounts (including international ones) or crypto wallets. It also became possible to establish a minimum amount with which a partner can submit a request for payment. Sibitel announced this on July 3, 2025.

In addition, the functionality of the PRM Online Telegram bot has been expanded. Now partners will receive notifications immediately after confirming the accrual of remuneration.

Flexible two-factor authentication via email

PRM Online has added the ability to flexibly configure two-factor authentication (2FA) via email. Now companies can choose security requirements separately for entering the administrator's office and separately for partners. Sibitel announced this on June 25, 2025. For each type of user, the option of mandatory verification at each login is available, which increases the level of security and control. This feature is also available when registering new partners, allowing you to verify contact information You can enable protection in your personal account: General settings → Security.

Another update concerns working with instant messengers. Now the administrator can choose where partner links will be exchanged: in Telegram, WhatsApp or both at the same time. For each channel, you can set your own template with a link and explanatory text.

Sibitel on May 19, 2025 announced the launch on its PRM Online platform of a tool for its users - a Telegram bot. The solution is designed to make the work of partners with the platform even more convenient and productive by providing direct access to the system through the Telegram messenger.

The PRM Online bot will allow partners to use the main functionality of the service directly in the messenger, including:

• Receive and create referrals and promo codes
• Register leads quickly
• Track statistics on your achievements
• It is easy to switch between accounts when participating in several partner programs

The Telegram bot is connected through the personal account of the PRM Online platform. To activate the function, the administrator needs to go to the "Settings" section → "General settings" → "Integration with Telegram," enable bot support and get a link for registering partners. The administrator can transfer this link to the partner by copying it from the partner card. In addition, the partner can independently find a link on the main page of his personal account on the platform.
