2025: Inclusion in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Ytterbium fiber lasers YLR-500-U-R-SM and YLR-6000-U-R

VPG LaserONE (part of the SF TECH cluster of Softline Group of Companies) on August 13, 2025 announced the entry of its laser equipment into the register of domestic products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade . Ytterbium fiber lasers YLR-500-U-R-SM (Registry No. 10679529) and YLR-6000-U-R (Registry No. 10679530) were included in the list.

YLR-500-U-R-SM is a compact continuous 500 W single mode fiber laser. The small diameter of the light core 10 or 14 μm ensures the highest quality of the M beam <1.05 и возможность сфокусировать мощное лазерное излучение в наиболее узкий из возможных пучков.²

Internal self-diagnostics system, traditionally the highest reliability of components, short-term (<0.5%) и долговременная стабильность по мощности, низкая вероятность отказа и большой гарантийный срок обеспечивают максимальную воспроизводимость, уверенность и контроль над ответственным производством. The laser complies with the international RoHS standard (limits the use of hazardous substances in equipment) and the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility according to current Russian and international standards. This facilitates the integration of lasers into the production system and minimizes the likelihood of failure, which is especially important in the 3D printing process, where the manufacture of each part takes a long time and no defect is allowed.

Ytterbium fiber laser YLR-6000-U-R a power of 6 kW - a laser with a built-in dehumidifier provides operation even at high humidity (up to 90%). It is equipped with protection against reverse reflection and self-diagnostics system in 24/7 mode. The laser in a light and compact case has an efficiency of more than 40% (when operated from an outlet) and can be used for 2D/3D metal cutting, spot and butt welding, surfacing and SLM printing, precision processing, thermal strength, as well as hole drilling and processing of aluminum, copper and other highly reflective materials.

As of August 2025, more than 45 items of goods manufactured by VPG LaserONE are officially included in the list of products of Russian origin in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719. The company continues to actively work on certification and plans to include most of the range of manufactured equipment in the Register by the end of 2025.

The inclusion of our lasers in the Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is not just a formality. This is a recognition that VPG LaserONE is a completely domestic high-tech production capable of providing the country with innovative equipment. We have always developed and produced our lasers in Russia, but since September 2024, after joining Softline Group of Companies, we have become 100% a Russian company.
