Configuration "FIREPLACE: Dean's office. Version 1.0" is intended for the organization of conducting personnel records of students, calculation of grants and payment amounts for training in higher education institutions and SUSA based on programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system.

Main opportunities of a configuration

Configuration "FIREPLACE: Dean's office. Version 1.0" allows:

• keep multicorporate account;
• conduct work of selection committee;
• keep personnel records of students according to the legislation and rules (transfer, transfer, assignment, the end of training) adopted in organization;
• create all main types of orders on students (about transfer, recovery, transfers, assignment, purpose of allowances, rendering financial support, about encouragement and so forth);
• create bilateral and tripartite agreements with students;
• to quickly change printed forms of all agreements and orders;
• keep account of progress of students;
• keep account of admissions of pupils to a session and create work plans of the teacher at department;
• keep account of accommodation of students in hostels;
• create reports on the list of pupils and statistic reports;
• conduct settlings with students, students as on free and on a paid basis;
• create reports on settlings with students (pay slips, an accrual summary, deduction, payments, the report on payments through bank, the personal account of the student);
• control terms and payment amounts of training by students;
• work in the program using different schemes navigators;
• transfer data on settling with students to 1C: Accounting 8.

The configuration is original. When developing a configuration objects of the Library of Standard Subsystems tools of 1C Company were used.

The configuration is intended for work in the mode of managed application. Installation of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform is necessary for a program runtime. The source code of a configuration is open for change.
