1C: Museum directory

"1C: The museum directory" automates activity of the museum in the field of accounting of museum objects, drawing up scientific descriptions of objects, accounting of restoration works, search of objects, planning of exhibition and excursion activity, reporting.

"1C: The museum directory" allows to work with all types of museum funds - painting, graphics, icons, a sculpture, arts and crafts, numismatics, etc.

Users of the software product are heads of the museums, keepers of museum collections, curators of exhibitions, private collectors.

Difference "1C: The museum directory" from "1C: Museum"

Software product "1C: The museum directory" is developed based on industry solution "by 1C: The museum" with preserving of its opportunities and mechanisms, but with the emphasis on the simplified accounting of museum pieces characteristic of the small (private) museums, private collections and galleries and also taking into account features of structure and topology of the private museums.

At solution development practical experience of automation of a museum collection in the private Museum of history of Jews in Russia was considered.

"1C: The museum directory" is developed on a technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 of c by use of the Taxi interface which allows to increase significantly convenience of work with the program for the account:

• the improved navigation opportunities;
• possibilities of setup by the user of a working space;
• the improved opportunities of use of separate elements of the interface.
