1C:Enterprise 8. Power. Management of the distribution grid company

• Accounting of requests for technology accession;

• Maintaining history of statuses of requests;

• Accounting of specifications and agreements on technology accession and calculation of their cost;

• Accounting of inspection reports of power stations, accomplishment of specifications, about implementation of technology accession, differentiation of balance sheet accessory, differentiations of operational responsibility (an aktirovaniye of works on technology accession)

• Maintaining history of statuses of agreements on technology accession;

• Formation of the summary reporting and printed forms of specifications, agreements and acts.

Metrology

• Maintaining the accounting base containing information on all measuring instruments which are in operation or stored and introduction of data on change of their technical condition;

Planning of carrying out checkings and calibrations of measuring instruments and measuring channels;

• Accounting of results of metrological works;

• Formation of documentation regulating accounting of the metrological equipment according to requirements of Federal law No. 102-FZ "About ensuring unity of measurements";

• Formation of the summary reporting under measuring instruments and measuring channels.

Certification of the equipment

• Accounting of hierarchy of the electric network of the organization;

• Accounting of the installed equipment;

• Planning of actions for maintenance of the equipment (diagnostics, repair, engineering certification);

• Accounting of history of movement of each object of certification;

• Maintaining unlimited number of characteristics of the equipment with a possibility of the further analysis.

Energy saving

• Planning of actions of decrease in power losses;

• Calculation of planned power and economic effect of holding an action;

• Formation of the program of energy efficiency of divisions of the enterprise and organization in general;

• Monitoring of holding actions of decrease in power losses;

• Fixing actually indicators of decrease in power losses from holding actions;

• Formation of the summary reporting.

Production business processes are connected with tasks of the FHD block (Fig. 1) through the tasks defining business planning of the power grid enterprise: the investment management, control of motor transport, purchase management, interaction with consumers, contract management and conducting claim and claim activity.

In the Managerial accounting block, software product "1C: Power. Management of the distribution grid company" the following functionality is implemented:

Management of the distribution grid company — the application solution which for June, 2015 is a main product of import substitution of automated control systems for the enterprise, covering the main guidance loops and accounting in the distribution grid companies (DGC).  The product is implemented in structures of Rosseti holding, Penza City Electric Supply Company Ltd, JSC YuTEK-Regionalnye seti  and in other electric grid companies.

Information on the developer

In addition to drawing software products a number of original configurations, such as is developed:

• "Best Soft: Sales accounting of thermal energy" will allow to automate the business processes connected with charge and conducting settlement of the supplier of utilities with consumers and also to quickly carry out the analysis of receivables and to take measures for its reduction.

• "Best Soft: Billing" will provide exact and operational calculation of charges to subscribers for consumption of utility resources, is intended not only for the enterprises of a housing and utilities sector, but also for the companies of the oil and gas and fuel spheres, the telecommunication enterprises and other companies which in large quantities are making out bills for the services.
