Updating of the 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting of motor transport and fuel and lubricants in budgetary institution. A configuration for platform 8.2. Release 1.0.9.1 of January 13, 2011

New in release of program 1C for accounting of fuel and lubricants and motor transport:

Accounting of motor transport and fuel and lubricants

• In the document "Waybill" at field value change PIER/division/transport now indications of a speedometer automatically are established at departure.
• In the document "Waybill" at recalculation and also when adding a new line of a table part on the Consumption of Fuel and Lubricants tab the value of a run is updated now.

• The revealed errors are corrected: In the document "Waybill" with an ustanovelnny method of data entry the office message appeared "the general run", in carrying out attempt, mistakenly: "The detail "Date and Time of Return" is not completed".

Changes of an order of cash services

According to the approved order of Federal Treasury of 8/23/2010 No. 7n "Changes which are made to the Order of opening and maintaining personal accounts by Federal Treasury and its territorial authorities approved by the order of Federal Treasury of October 7, 2008 No. 7n" to the budget and autonomous institutions created according to Federal laws of 5/8/2010 No. 83-FZ "About making changes in separate legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with improvement of a legal status of the public (municipal) institutions" and of 11/3/2006 No. 174-FZ "About autonomous organizations" personal accounts in bodies of Federal Treasury can be opened: personal account of budgetary institution; separate personal account of budgetary institution; personal account of autonomous organization; separate personal account of autonomous organization.

Features of an order of cash services of budget and autonomous institutions are defined in drafts of orders of Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation "About the Order of Carrying Out by Territorial Authorities of Federal Treasury of Cash Payments at the expense of Means of Budgetary Institutions", "About the Order of Carrying Out by Territorial Authorities of Federal Treasury of Cash Payments at the expense of Means of Autonomous Organizations". Corresponding changes are made to a configuration.

Accounting of budget commitments of receivers of means of the Federal budget

Since 1/1/2011 become effective the provisions of "Accounting treatment for budget commitments of receivers of means of the federal budget" (is approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 9/19/2008 N of 98 N) setting an order of registration of budget commitments of the receiver of the means of the federal budget arising on the basis of public contracts, other agreements.

New documents for formation are added to a configuration: Data on assumed budget commitment in form 0531702; Requests for making changes in budget commitment in form 0531705.

Accounting of OS, intangible assets, NPA

• The federal law of 7/27/2010 No. 229-FZ makes changes to Article 256 "Depreciable property" of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation: since 1/1/2011 the threshold of reference of property to depreciable for the purpose of calculation of income tax is increased. The property with a useful life and with an original cost more than 40,000 rubles is recognized more than 12 months as depreciable.
• Corresponding changes are made to configuration documents.
• The output of bank details of organization is provided in delivery-acceptance certificates the OS-1 (0306001) OS forms, OS-1a (0306030), OS-1b (0306031).
• Details for the choice of bank details of organization are added to the documents creating printed forms of acts.
• The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 12/10/2010 No. 1011 makes changes to the Classification of the fixed assets included in depreciation groups, approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 1, 2002 N 1.
• Delivery includes the file containing a RCFA taking into account the changes approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 12/10/2010 No. 1011.
• Changes become effective since 1/1/2011 and are applied to the objects arriving since 1/1/2011.

Accounting of MZ

According to the Federal law of 5/8/2010 N 83-FZ as a part of property of budgetary institutions especially valuable personal estate and other personal estate is selected. For classification of the nomenclature of material stocks the new detail "Type of Property" is added to the reference book "Nomenclature".

Inventory

New documents are included in the configuration: Act of results of inventory f.0504835; The Sheet of discrepancies based on inventory f.050492; Inventory of property of treasury.

Accounting of foreign currency transactions

• In configuration documents on implementation of materials, works, services the feature for charge of foreign currency amounts is added.
• The feature for the statement of the document "Account" in foreign currency is added.
• The invoices which are written out on the basis of the documents processed in foreign currency also can be printed in the corresponding currency.

The regulated reporting

• Delivery includes the updated set of the budget reporting for 2010.
• New forms for annual accounts for 2010 and the monthly reporting of 2011 are added to structure of forms of tax and statistical reporting.

Exchange with the treasurer systems and organizations of bank

Delivery of the interchange formats with the treasurer systems is updated. The settings containing rules of exchange according to an album of version 7.0 of 11/15/2010 are included.

New in release 644/1.42 of software product 1S:VDGB: Complex accounting in budgetary institution (accounting of food, fuel and lubricants and transport):

• The program is updated to Accounting configuration release 7.70.644 for budgetary institutions of edition 6.1;

in the report of "Menu layout" error Z00006370 is corrected: at report generation in the "Detailed form 0504202" format in printed form at several categories which are content in the column "Quantity of Portions" the quantity only is specified to one of categories;

• in the magazine of the documents "Calculation of Products" it is finished according to request Z00005875: the column "Sales amount" in which the sales amount is brought out of the document "Production" is added;
• the set of regulated reports for the IV quarter 2010, release 10q4003 of 1/20/2011 is updated.

New in release 1.0.2.1 of software product 1S:VDGB: Complex accounting of a power supply, fuel and lubricants and motor transport for public institutions:

• Data exchange with a standard configuration of program 1C is implemented: A ware allowance 7.7 (release 7.70.004 above) — unloading from the program 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 of setup of the chart of accounts, reference books and the subsequent loading in 1C: A ware allowance and also unloading of postings from program 1C: A ware allowance and the subsequent their loading in 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8.
• The assistant to data exchange with program 1C is provided: Ware allowance 7.7.
• Delivery includes the updated technique of transition from a configuration 1C: Budget Institution Accounting of edition 1.0 on a configuration 1C: Budget Institution Accounting, edition 1.0.
