1C: Cash desk for Kyrgyzstan

2020: Start of Internet service "1C: Cash desk"

On May 21, 2020 1C Company announced start in Kyrgyzstan of Internet service "1C: Cash desk", the cloud applicaion unrolled in service "1C:Enterprise 8 via the Internet". Service "1C: Cash desk for Kyrgyzstan" it is intended first of all, for the companies which use the simplified tax system (STS) and work in small retail trade and the sphere of rendering services. In the solution special attention is paid to simplicity and convenience of using of a product by the unprepared user and also simplification of data exchange between "1C: Cash desk for Kyrgyzstan" with other programs.

According to the developer, the service allows the user to solve such problems:

• Keep account of goods in the uniform program, easy-to-customize and use, the nomenclature allowing to manage, the prices and stocks of goods in a retail outlet or small network of outlets.
• Use a workplace of the cashier with a connectivity of any fiscal registrars (online cash desks) compatible to the 1C: Enterprise platform.
• Connect remote stationary and mobile external cash desks that allows to organize exit trade, a courier delivery, to automate work of small retail chain stores.
• Organize convenient data exchange with external systems and services – internet- shops (CMS) electronic document management systems, accounting programs, information services.

According to the statement of the developer, application "1C: The cash desk for Kyrgyzstan" helps to carry out daily tasks:

• calculate retail prices on the basis of the purchase price and a trade margin for a separate goods item or a commodity group;
• print price labels on the normal printer;
• keep account of purchase of goods;
• control a commodity remaining balance of shops;
• consider results of inventory in each outlet.

As noted in 1C, for the owner of business the cloud applicaion "1C: The cash desk for Kyrgyzstan" gives ample opportunities of data analysis. All reports have intuitive management of parameters and form in an evident type:

• The report on revenue will show a current revenue and will allow to compare it to revenue of the corresponding period of last year.
• Reports "The number of checks" and Average bill will show dynamics of popularity of shops and purchasing power of visitors.
• The report on a marginal profit will show the cost of the implemented goods in purchase prices and the value of the implemented trade margin for the selected period. • Sales statements provide information on commodity excesses and goods with the remaining balance insufficient for ensuring demand.

"1C: The cash desk for Kyrgyzstan" is easy-to-customize also administration of data exchanges with cash desks, emphasized in 1C.

As of May, 2020 subscription to Internet service "1C: The cash desk" is made on one of the following rates:

• Basic rate. Free of charge till 1/1/2021.
• Standard rate. 400 som a month.
• Expanded rate. 700 som a month.
• Additional cash desks. All rates include connection only of one cash desk. The cost of connection of additional cash desks – 300 som a month for each cash desk.

• only one user;
• no more than 200 goods in the list;
• only one outlet (there can be several external cash desks);

• accounting of a remaining balance of goods by outlets.

Payment is made for the entire period of the selected subscription to a rate at once. The minimum payment due date of a subscription – 1 month. Subscriptions are not subject to canceling. If the user at prolongation of a subscription could not make the next payment in time, then after the term of the paid subscription the user will be transferred to the Basic rate. After subscription term data of the user remain up to 3 months after end of the period of use of service. Afterwards rates for Internet service "1C: Cash desk for Kyrgyzstan" can be changed what it will be announced in advance.

For gaining access to the application "1C: Cash desk for Kyrgyzstan" in service "1C:Enterprise 8 via the Internet" the user needs to address any of partners of 1C Company. At the request of the user the partner can provide free test access to the application "to 1C: Cash desk" with a connectivity of one cash register for 14 days without additional payment. If after the test period the user continues to work in the application "with 1C: The cash desk for Kyrgyzstan", the partner in addition subscribes on a rate "1C: Cash desk" for up to 12 months without the mezzanine board. The partner who executed connection to the application "1C: The cash desk for Kyrgyzstan", advises the user on methodical questions of work in the application "1C: Cash desk for Kyrgyzstan".
