2020: Removal from sales

At the initiative of the developer partner "Drawing solutions 1C-Rarus", in connection with decrease in demand for solutions with smaller functionality, the decision to remove from sales since 6/30/2020 programs "1C was made: Technical settlement center of a water utility" and "1C:" And to offer technical settlement center of a heating system to users on special conditions to pass to modern products with more developed functionality: 1C: Management of a heatwater utility 2, 1C: Management of a heating system 2 and 1C: Water Utility Management 2. On July 2, 2020 reported about it in 1C Company.

Users of configurations "1C: Technical settlement center of a water utility" and "1C: Technical settlement center of a heating system", the recommended solutions which did not pass on, after removal of these configurations from support; can continue their use, but on independent support, without access to updates from 1C Company.

Service maintenance of the software products containing configurations "1C: Technical settlement center of a water utility" and "1C: The technical settlement center of a heating system", will be performed till December 31, 2021.

2011: Release

In 2011 1C Company in addition to complete solutions based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management issued two solutions with smaller functionality: "1C: Technical settlement center of a water utility" and "1C: Technical settlement center of a heating system" - for automation of separate tasks of the resource supplying organizations.

Description of functionality of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Technical settlement center of a water utility"

The solution "Technical Settlement Center of a Water Utility" uses all advantages of a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise of version 8.2, providing scalability, openness, simplicity of administration and configuring and use of the program in the mode of managed application (the thin client and the web client) that does work of users of more intuitive and allows to work far off.

The configuration automates management of the following industry business processes:

• Maintaining accounting items.
  • Registration of accounting items in structure of network of supply,
  • Connection shutdown of objects from network of supply,
  • Maintaining design data of accounting items
  • Purpose of normative characteristics to objects of network,
  • Support of production calendars of the objects of network of supply used for determination of the periods of the actual use of the provided services
  • Adding change of working schedules of accounting items,
  • Purpose of working schedules to objects of network,
  • Registration in the system of personal accounts as elements of network of supply,
  • Accounting living by personal accounts,
  • Maintaining in information base of metering devices (energy counters),
  • Purpose of counters of energy as to accounting items and personal accounts of network of supply.

• Subsystem of production of services.
  • Registration in the system of the external conditions used when calculating regulations of consumption of the provided services
  • Accounting of daily average and average monthly values of external conditions,
  • Maintaining normative characteristics of the nomenclature of supply,

• Data protection.

1C Company receives certificate of conformity No. 2137 of 7/20/2010 issued FSTEC Russia which confirms that the protected software package (PSP) "1C: Enterprise, version 8.2z" is recognized as the software tool of general purpose with the built-in means data protection from unauthorized access (NSD) to information which is not containing the data which are the state secret. Based on certification compliance to requirements of regulating documents for protection against class NSD-5, on the level of absence control of not declared opportunities (NDO) on the 4th level of control is confirmed, the possibility of use for creation of the automated systems (AS) to a class of security 1G is confirmed (i.e. AS providing confidential information protection in a LAN) inclusive and also for data protection in personal data information systems (ISPDN) to class K1 inclusive.

The certified copies of the platform are marked by marks of conformity from No. G 420000 to No. G 429999. All configurations developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform (for example, "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", "1C: Technical settlement center of a water utility", etc.), can be used during creation of a personal data information system of any class and additional certification of application solutions is not required.

• Scalability and performance

Use of the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform ensures effective functioning and reliable information storage during the work of hundreds of users. Modern three-level system architecture gives preserving of high performance with significant growth in load of a system and volumes of the processed data. The high fault tolerance is reached due to reservation of a server cluster, and high-speed performance optimization - at the expense of dynamic balancing of loading between clusters. Use of DBMS of world leaders (MS SQL, IBM DB2, Oracle Database) allows to build high-performance and reliable information systems.

• Creation of the geographically distributed systems

In 1C:Enterprise 8 the mechanism of management of the distributed information bases which ensures functioning of the single application solution (configuration) with territorially spaced databases united in a layered hierarchical structure is implemented.

It gives the chance to build on the basis of the Managements of Manufacturing Enterprise configuration and industry products on its basis the solutions for the enterprises of network or holding structure allowing to manage effectively business and to see the picture "in general" with efficiency, necessary for decision making.

• Integration with other systems

Integration into external programs of domestic and foreign developers (for example, technology preparation of production, the client bank system) and the equipment (for example, instrumentations or warehouse data collection terminals) on the basis of the conventional open standards and data transfer protocols supported by the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform is provided.
