The AC Energo Grid Managment software product is developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and intended for automation of activity of the power grid enterprises and all of them infrastructure divisions. The program is created on the basis of "Rules of non-discriminatory access to services in transfer of electrical energy", "Rules of non-discriminatory access to services on quickly – to supervisory control in power industry" and "Rules of technology connection of the power accepting devices (energy units) of the legal entities and physical persons to the electric networks" approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 861 in edition of March 1, 2011. "AC Energo Grid Managment" organizes the single database and represents the tool for work of divisions on development of networks, economical, technological department and also the structure executing dispatching regulation of power supply.
The basic accounting functions "AC Energo Grid Managment" are:
- Accounting of different object types of power supply, their display on the GIS card according to GPS;
- Accounting of metering devices, the feeding centers, feeders of distributors with a possibility of display of their data in the applications registering the scheme of power supply;
- Accounting of agreements of power supply, specifications and parameters of power supply;
- Accounting of amounts of consumption on voltage levels;
- Registration of free-lance consumption;
- The cost accounting on development and service of networks;
- Accounting of settlement with the sales companies and power consumers;
- Accounting of connections, shutdowns and switchings (magazine of the manager);
- Formation of primary technical and accounting documentation.
The settlement functions "AC Energo Grid Managment" are:
- Calculation of cost of services for electric power transmission for voltage levels;
- Calculation of cost of services for electric power transmission at free-lance consumption;
- Calculation of cost of the losses which are subject to payment (purchase of losses);
- Calculation of loading for the feeding centers;
- Formation of a technical and commercial energy balance by sectors of networks;
- Calculation of a useful holiday for voltage levels taking into account commercial and technology losses.
