2018: The multifunction digital registrar AGAVA of ARV – 01
The Russian producer of instrumentations and the systems of industrial automation – KB Agava design office, announced in May, 2018 multifunction digital registrar with modular architecture for industrial enterprises.
The multifunction digital registrar AGAVA of ARV – 01 is intended for indication and archiving of parameters of the different technology processes collected from external devices and sensors (temperature, pressure, a fluid level and so forth). The registrar is equipped with the microprocessor providing high-speed registration and data processing, the built-in drive of memory for their storage, with the color touchpad with the diagonal of 4, 7 or 10 inches. The panel is capable to display several indicators of the different size and type at once: digital and barographic indicators, diagrams, tables, etc.
On creation of the registrar AGABUS of ARV – 01 nearly a year left. It seriously differs from the analogs which are already presented at the market in high-speed performance and modular architecture which allows to scale it due to connection of internal submodules and external modules of input-output. So, the standard registrar gives the chance to connect up to 20 analog and as much discrete sensors. When adding external modules of input the number of the connected sensors increases up to 100 and 200 respectively. Devices (for example, calculators or controllers), and the input-output modules supporting data transmission under the protocols Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP and also non-standard protocols are compatible to the registrar.
The modular architecture provides the maximum flexibility of arrangement of modules of input (they can be "scattered" on an object or to place in a cabinet), increases maintainability of the registrar. Failure of one module does not break its working capacity at all. Thereby device housekeeping overheads are reduced.
One more innovation concerns information from sensors. AGABUS ARV – 01 is capable not only to register it with almost any depth on time (it is limited only to drive volume), but also to calculate parameters on the set algorithms. For example, on the basis of two signals of temperature of the heat carrier and to a signal of an expense heating capacity is calculated. There is a possibility of archiving of parameters and transfer on the personal computer for the analysis.
"ARV-01 is intended practically for any enterprises which need to register parameters of different technology processes (different productions, housing and public utilities, power, etc.). The device appeared as the answer to customers need: it is necessary for them that the registrar had the high level of high-speed performance, capability to change the interface under specific needs, and was inexpensive in operation. Any domestic registrar to ARV-01 did not support these options at the same time, and there are practically no foreign analogs in the market.
