The concept of the same name developed by ASK Labs in 2010 and which integrated a number of basic innovations in the field of automation of the technology processes (TP) is the cornerstone of this project. Approaches and methodology on which Automation 2.0" is based "essentially differ from usual the practician of creation of an APCS. Traditionally, such systems rely on process charts in which communications between process parameters are not fixed and there are no mathematical models of such communications. It leads to the fact that systems are customized very approximately and only reacts to already happened changes, eliminating their effects.
In turn, the concept "Automation 2.0" allows to build multidimensional nonlinear models of the technology processes which are not giving in to traditional control methods optimum to manage such processes and to increase their efficiency. At the same time managing automatic equipment operates with anticipation, warning deviations from the optimal mode and making necessary changes to technology process. Moreover, using these methods it is possible to calculate precisely the best operation mode of production and also to define as well as what changes will affect product quality. It not only gives considerable economic effect and excludes operation of the equipment in the extreme modes, but also increases safety of productions.
The implementing solutions "Automation 2.0" is most reasonable at the oil and gas, metallurgical and mining enterprises. At the same time the scope only of seven-ten percent of this market will give annual effect in the amount of about $2 mld. Moreover, the solutions "Automation 2.0" have the high export potential.
The market of an APCS is waited by big changes. Traditional solutions exhausted the value of development and do not cope with new tasks which are set for industrial automation by modern production. For this reason engineers and scientists of company ASK Labs develop the solutions capable to bring industrial automation to the new level of development.
Developed the solution for ore enrichment process optimization for the enterprises of the metallurgical and mining industries ASK Labs by a flotation method. Automation of flotation, process of separation of the crushed ore from dead rocks, faces a number of difficulties, such as inconstancy of properties of ore, contradictory requirements to parameters of technology process, need to consider time delays in work of a flotation machine.
It was succeeded to overcome these contradictions within the concept Automation 2.0 using new control algorithms technology process. The central moment of Automation 2.0 is the model of technology process thanks to which forecasting of the course of process of flotation is possible.
The solution on process optimization of enrichment of ore is capable to bring considerable economic effect, having increased performance not less than by 2%, having reduced consumption of reagents by 10%, having increased extent of extraction by percent. In the conditions of large-scale production these digits can turn back tens of millions of rubles of profit.
Here is how the CEO of ASK Labs Golovin Alexander commented on a new product: "One of advantages of this solution is the possibility of process optimization of enrichment of ore by several parameters. Process can be optimized on production or economic indicators. It can be extent of extraction of ore or receiving the greatest possible profit. And I am sure that thanks to the flexibility, this solution will find the consumer".
Energy saving program implementation
Energy saving program implementation with adoption of Federal law No. 261-FZ becomes obligatory for most the enterprises. Engineers and scientists of ASK Labs suggest to turn obligatory expenditure for power inspection and the program energy saving into investments, having implemented the program of active energy saving developed in the company.
To achieve the maximum economic effect, in the program of energy saving a number of innovations is implemented. First, the program of energy saving is considered as a part of technology process of the enterprise therefore complex approach to an energy saving problem is performed. Except accounting of external and internal energy resources, within the program actions for improvement of management of technical process are performed.
Actions for energy saving are implemented in the automated mode at once. Thus, in energy saving we have an opportunity to react quickly to changes in conditions of production and power supply, without waiting for the next term for power inspection of the enterprise.
ASK Labs suggests to build the system of energy saving on continuously arriving and processed data on consumption of energy resources that increases the accuracy and reliability of data. Our system carries out the analysis on long-term time frames that allows to use different analytical tools for receiving бóльшего effect.
The economic effect gained as a result of implementation of the program of energy saving has cumulative character. The weighed installation of frequency converters, devices of smooth start-up, compensators of reactive power, etc. allows not only to save on costs, but also promotes decrease in wear of the equipment, stabilization of technology process
