ASPAT

Aspat – the Analytical hardware and software system of monitoring and the analysis of open sources: Television, Internet, Radio. Control, accumulation and the analysis of news information from open sources. The complex is focused on tasks of information analysis departments from 1-20 operators and intended for control, accumulation and the analysis of news information. For the beginning of 2017 it is known of nine projects in the defense enterprises.

• Hardware architecture of a server part – two two-machine servers, in the ventilated cabinet.
• Use of a LAN - two circuits like Ethernet, with speeds of 1 Gbit.
• Quantity of the jobs connected to the server – to 20.
• Energy consumption of a server part – 800 W.

Structure of ASPAT

Several modules are a part of a complex.

1. ASPAT-Tekst

ASPAT-Tekst – the module of search and monitoring of news.

ASPAT-Tekst allows to accumulate large volumes of video and different text data. Manual viewing and the analysis of such information takes a lot of time and forces. ASPAT-Tekst allows to reveal and index semantic text information, to perform search, to make permanent monitoring of emergence of the interesting news.

ASPAT-Titr – hardware software module for text recognition in the video image. ASPAT-Titr is a component of the ASPAT system, the module ASPAT-Tekst.

• Automatic accumulation of a teletext through satellite and land broadcasting channels
• History logging of change of a teletext on arbitrary depth on time
• Search of a teletext in a key word, name of the channel, language, page number of a teletext
• The search in date allowing to select the latests version of pages or the version relevant for the date entered by the user
• Monitoring of a teletext and the notification by e-mail about emergence of the interesting key word
• Viewing the event log in which all actions of users – for the administrator are recorded
