For February 20, 2017 ATSS - a complex for the forecast of results 3D - printings - technology of selection of the equipment and the 3D modes - printings.
On February 20, 2017 the press service of RVC announced development of technology of automation of production tasks by ATSS company 3D - printings.
The product will help to lower requirements to qualification of operators of production and to increase quality of a finished product. The complex forms for the forecast of results 3D - printings a basis for ATSS. Virtual environment helps to pick up the equipment and the modes of printing optimum suitable for a specific part, modeling and eliminating errors.
Our technology has advantages: allows to master quickly new products, to save time and materials, to reduce requirements to qualification of personnel, to optimize production processes, to increase printing quality and to reduce risks of damage to machinery. In the software package ATSS algorithms of preparation of printing and control methods of each technology production phase that allows to reduce costs, as at a stage of preparation of electronic model of a product, and at a stage of preparation of managing programs for the equipment are integrated.
The project was born and develops at the Moscow Aviation Institute (the national research university), experience with the advanced industrial technologies of additive manufacturing in the course of the solution of the knowledge-intensive problems of hi-tech areas was accumulated, as allowed to create the concept which became afterwards the base of a startup. We believe that the hi-tech fields of the industry can become our potential clients. |
For February 20, 2017 ATSS can execute:
- problems of automation of technology preparation,
- analysis of temperature conditions of printing,
- stress analysis and deformations,
- the automated calculation of compression molds and molds,
- automation of configuration of the working chamber.
