The Akelon company released in December, 2013 update of industry solution for insurance companies on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The solution is intended for complex automation of a sales cycle of insurance services to the client (from primary consultation of the client before execution of the policy) and further service, including process of approval and settlement of losses.
Except work with individuals, work with legal entities was added to the solution. The solution covers such processes of insurance as car insurance, insurance of a real estate, all-inclusive insurance of life and voluntary health insurance. The solution is easily set up taking into account specifics of business processes of specific insurance company and allows to ensure functioning central and remote offices in one information system.
In the new version analytical reports according to directories of insurance products, the popularity allowing to estimate and relevance of this product are added. For insurance products fast setup of parameters and the applied coefficients is also added.
The solution supports integration with the external analytical systems (Microsoft Analysis Services, FICO, Deductor) thanks to what it is possible to carry out deeper analysis of a product portfolio, including to reveal preferences of different segments of the market and to reveal successful combinations of products for more effective straight lines and cross-sellings.
Use of dialog boxes for automation of front office service and Call center became one of key new products that allowed to turn selection of a product, suitable for the client, into the simple sequence of steps. This innovation allows to increase significantly the sales volume of insurance policies, quality and service rate of clients at the minimum costs of time of employees.
In the solution process settlement of losses which includes was automated: design primary address, survey of an object of insurance, approval of a loss and work with documents.
At integration into ECM platforms (SharePoint and DIRECTUM) process of approval in an ECM system allows to make the decision and to create documents on the basis of in advance configured templates for the selected insurance product.
Also in the solution the ability to integrate with different SMS gateways is added that allows to use automatic customer notifications about results of consideration of requests and to send the informing messages.
