AstroSoft developed the "Analytics for Fuel Companies" tool providing to fuel companies extensive analytical information on a number of key and indirect indicators of activity.
It helps the user to monitor positive and negative trends, to carry out the plan-fact analysis of sales indicators, to estimate efficiency of marketing actions, to model different business situations in unified information environment. The tool can be useful to fuel and lubricants producers and also operating companies of networks of gas station.
The "Analytics for Fuel Companies" application is developed on the QlikView platform. It represents set the analyst on a number of key business indicators: revenue development in different cuts and graphic representations; the analysis of sales volume in shares on the selected measurements; the analysis of rating of customers on sales; contrastive analysis of total income and margin; seasonality of sales for the selected time frame and other information on volumes of development and sales of products. The different types and tools of the analysis estimating indicators in dynamics are given in the appendix.
The solution is easily scaled, allowing to increase the number of users in a system with the unique requirements to the reporting and analytics (sales departments, marketing, work with subscribers, the economical departments, departments and services providing control of technology accession and so forth). In the program the possibility of development of functionality and scope change of the processed information is put.
The "Analytics for Fuel Companies" application processes any structured information, for example, from the tables MS Excel, databases 1C, Oracle, MySQL, SAP, etc. It is possible to work in the program from mobile devices using the thin client. Setup of the solution under tasks of the specific customer takes from two weeks to three months depending on the required depth and detailing of business data.
