Avaya Aura Communication Manager is the increased software acting on the basis of open standards.
It is offered for implementation as the IP telephony platform basis for the big and small companies. Provides centralized operation with calls in geographically distributed network and high degree of its fault tolerance. Broad range of servers, gateways and communication devices of different types is supported: analog, digital and IP. Communication Manager includes the built-in applications of mobility, function of contact center, means of conference communication and support of enhanced capabilities of service of rescue (112).
