BIT: Settlings with students 8

Program "BIT: Settlings with students" it is intended for agreement settlements on paid training and calculation of grants in universities and colleges. The program is created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and completely considers specifics of educational institutions.

The program solves problems:

• accounting of payment of services by agreements and academic years, and payment can be made by both the student, and other payer;
• automatic calculation of the amount to charge of monthly income, closing of a remaining balance at final settlement with the student, registration of orders on students;
• control of debts of students on training payment;
• obtaining reporting information on a status of settlement with students in different cuts;
• charge of grants to students, registration of orders for a grant;
• information analysis about the grants added and paid to the student for a certain period;
• registration of the reference information on students (number, start and end date of the agreement, the amount, the partner, payers, etc.) and parameters of training of the student (faculty, specialty, form of education, a financing source, etc.);
• fixation of training cost depending on an agreement type, academic year and other parameters for the subsequent use at automatic calculation of training cost for the student.

A system allows to register students, to fix relevant parameters of training (faculty, a rate, etc.), to enter agreements of students with filling of diagrams of charge of income of the organization and repayment schedules of payments by students, to appoint, charge and pay grants.

Three subsystems are implemented.

• Subsystem "Charge of income" - Monthly charge of income on students. Diagrams of charge of income and graphics of payments are kept. Using the special report data on planned charge and an imputed income are generalized. In a system agreements with students and personnel orders form (transfer, transfer to the following rate, assignment, an academic leave, etc.)
• Subsystem "Control of debt on payment" - Operating control of debts of students on training payment.
• Subsystem of Grant - Operational accounting and control of charge of grants to students. Data acquisition about the added and paid grant.
