The product "8" is intended to BIT:CRM for increase in efficiency of sales by automation and process optimization of customer relations. The program is used in work of the commercial director, head of sales service, the head and managers of sales department, the head of marketing, company executive.

The product is created for the enterprises of the service industry and trade using "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Trade Management 8", "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" or "1C: Integrated Automation 8" as the main accounting system gives to such enterprises advantage in implementation of kliyentoriyentirovanny strategy, without acquisition of expensive solutions on trade management and sales.

Functionality

Contact management Maintaining history of customer relations will allow to control accurately accomplishment of arrangements, to transfer work with the client from one employee to another without loss of information:

  • uniform base of partners (clients, suppliers, partners etc.);
  • planning and accounting of activity on each partner (to the presentation, meetings, calls, mailings);
  • input and storage of additional details (fields) for partners and contact persons;
  • planning and work on each client with a possibility of appointment of responsible managers at the level of events – meetings, phone calls, addresses by e-mail and so forth.

Dynamics and technologies of sales A system allows to control sales at all stages, from a "cold" call to payment of account and further maintenance and to receive the necessary reporting on transactions:

  • support of a long sales cycle;
  • registration and conducting sales on the set stages (automatic or manual change of a stage);
  • attachment of any files to transactions and other linked objects;

Information access about clients Separation of access rights to the database provides to users only information, necessary for their work.

System of reports The solution creates various reports which are flexibly configured by the user:

  • a set of the configured reports on all sections of a system (any work with groupings, selections, results, sorting, conditional formatting);

  • consolidation of several any reports in "a panel of reports" for a one-time output of indicators.
