The announcement of the specialized solution for the energy sector

On March 4, 2019 it became known that on December 12, 2018 the Center 2M company presented the specialized solution for the energy sector. In one device everything that is necessary for complex digitalization consumer for substation "is packed": the device is on sale with access to intellectual service of control of power supply networks and means of communication. The solution provides complete observability of a power facility and its stable work.

According to the company, the basic module of the controller measures about 20 operation parameters of the equipment and can replace with itself up to 14 separate counters. For December, 2018 the cost of equipment of "turnkey" substation will be about 100 thousand rubles. At the same time the buyer does not need to care for data transmission - communication is already included in a service package as Center 2M is a federal telecom operator. The solution of Center 2M will enter commercial service in 2019.

The controller is easy in installation and is connected automatically. The solution does not require separate infrastructure and additional costs on communication payment of services.

Technical description KMEO

According to Center 2M company for March, 2019, the KMEO installation will allow:

  • provide complete observability;
  • increase reliability;
  • lower operating costs.

Technical description KMEO:

  • measurement of effective values of currents, tension, electrical power factors each 5 sec. irrespective of phases and controlled feeders;
  • measurement of power of loadings and volume of the electric power with a class of accuracy 0.55;
  • ostsillografirovaniye of currents and tension at deviations of parameters of network;
  • measurement of parameters of the mode of operation of the equipment of an object on the 4th channels 4-20 mA;
  • fixing of unauthorized access and smoke on an object on 8 discrete channels;
  • direct connection to buses of 0.4 kV and standard current transformers 5A;
  • transfer data using built in GSM- the module communications.

Features of KMEO are:

  • implementing solution considerably reduces the cost of digitalization of power facilities;
  • automation of manual work, reliability augmentation of the equipment due to improvement of observability;
  • the controller transfers data in real time (each 5 seconds) and reduces time for the analysis and correction of problems;
  • report generation, assessment of commercial losses of the electric power, warning of failures of operation of the equipment;
  • the basic module of the controller measures a set of operation parameters of the equipment and is capable to replace about 14 counters that reduces object housekeeping overheads.

Device insertion provides complete observability of processes on a power facility. Allows to react quickly to preemergency situations, to analyze a condition of equipment, to be integrated with the existing dispatching systems.
