2021: The announcement of CoolSeal - the platform for sealing of vessels

At the beginning of January, 2021 Bolder Surgical earlier known under the name JustRight Surgical issued the platform for "sealing" of vessels of CoolSeal. The initial structure of the platform includes the CoolSeal Trinity device, laparoscopic sealant of 5 mm and also CoolSeal Mini of 3 mm which work with the CoolSeal generator.

CoolSeal Trinity can cut, pressurize and separate vessels using bipolar radio-frequency ablation for read seconds, and thermal dispersion within these procedures is less than one millimeter. Low power helps to prevent damage of any sensitive nearby fabrics, and external jaws constantly remain cool and cannot accidentally damage the nervous terminations or soft fabrics. In researches the safety of such important structures as a small intestine and dense vascular network was successfully proved.

According to developers, the thin curved sponges of dual action equivalent to the dissector Maryland can take and cut both the smallest pieces of fabric, and large bunches. Thanks to this surgeon frequent replacement of tools is not required that reduces time of holding a procedure. On assurances of the producer, CoolSeal it is capable firmly and it is reliable to seal a vessel on average in 1.4 seconds, and the formed consolidation capable to sustain more than triple increase in systolic pressure.

The possibility of turn by 360 degrees of sponges of dual action of CoolSeal Trinity with sharp tips provides exact section and fast sealing with the minimum thermal distribution around important anatomical structures. This device will become fine addition to my surgical tools, - the doctor of destky hospital in Vanderbilta Irving J. Zamora noted (Irving J. Zamora).[1]
