Adding of Management of Delivery service for business
On May 20, 2020 Kuryer Service Express announced start of digital service for more effective work and increase in loyalty from clients. An online service Management of delivery is a widget which is set on the website of KSE.
It allows the receiver to manage independently process of delivery of a load, defining date, the address and delivery time. The functionality becomes available after authorization. For login it is necessary to specify number of the delivery note or an order number of online store and to enter mobile phone number in the special section of the website.
Service gives the chance to clients quickly to manage delivery of the orders. The authorized user can make literally in a couple of minutes necessary changes: make readdressing, change date and time of delivery or cancel delivery. Earlier the procedure required participation of the client manager, now the matters can be resolved without connection of the profile specialist. It significantly simplifies interaction, favorably influencing process of delivery, comments Ekaterina Kupayeva, the manager of the KSE IT projects.

Implementation of this technology will also allow us to optimize own resources. We predict decrease in number of appeals to client support service that will allow us to reorient employees on the solution of other not less significant tasks, supplements Dmitry Borovlyov, the head of KSE sales department.

Implementation of the electronic signature and digital PIN code
On April 23, 2020 the Kuryer Service Express company announced improvement of service of contactless delivery of pre-paid orders, having implemented technology of the electronic signature and a digital PIN code for confirmation of the fact of receiving sending. The client can select any of two methods at a stage of formation of the order.
In date of transmission of departure on delivery, together with standard information on the order, the message comes with the five unit code or the link to the website of the company allowing to scan in the automatic mode a barcode from the delivery note on departure. The courier brings sending to a door of the receiver and departs on safe distance. When using a PIN code the customer calls it to the courier and if number correct, is automatically given to departure the status of delivered. If the option of scanning of a barcode is selected, then the fact of delivery is confirmed by the electronic signature of the receiver on the screen of the mobile phone.
Both methods significantly simplify interaction, minimizing communication and also completely excepting need of obtaining the "live" signature and presentation of the passport.
We continue to develop our service of contactless delivery.
