The cloud cross-platform information system "Dialog" for ensuring functioning of legally significant electronic document management, including management of the documents containing information of limited distribution of federal and regional executive authorities and the organizations subordinated to them. As the client application during the work with the Dialog system the Internet browser is used. The software requiring installation on an automated workplace of the user is the software package providing cryptographic information protection when using the web interface. The legal importance of document flow is provided with application of keys of the electronic signature.
