Docs Security Suite (DSS) is a platform for managing, monitoring and auditing access rights to electronic documents based on privacy labels. The implemented approach in the Docs Security Suite system is based on the simultaneous use of several technology stacks that make up a single whole: the uniqueness of the user's screen, electronic document, document session, constant control of the computer environment.

2023: MFlash Platform Integration

Owners of the corporate MFlash platform, designed for secure file sharing and content collaboration, now have the ability to connect an additional option to minimize the risk of information leakage arising from the distribution of electronic and printed copies of documents. This was announced on February 15, 2023 by CrossTech.

The availability of this option was ensured by the technological union of MSoft, the developer of the MFlash platform, and Crosstech Solutions Group, the developer of Docs Security Suite (DSS), the latest generation IRM on the Russian market. Read more here.

2021: Red OS Compatibility

On June 2, 2021, the Russian developer and distributor of information security solutions Crosstech Solutions Group and the player of the domestic market of operating systems "Red Soft" announced the conclusion of a partnership agreement. In order to develop cooperation, the companies tested and confirmed the full compatibility of the Docs Security Suite (DSS) software and the Red OS operating system. The result is reflected in a two-sided certificate.

The DSS platform forces visual and/or hidden tags on documents, logs all user actions with the document, traces document relationships, delimits and controls user access rights based on the privacy label access matrix. The entire event history is stored in a specialized database for further analysis and investigation of incidents.

According to February 2019, DSS allows:

  • Set the visual and hidden label of the document.
  • At the user's request, analyze the document by keywords and select the most appropriate label.
  • differentiate user access to electronic documents and labels in accordance with the regulations and information security policies in force in the organization;
  • take into account all electronic documents processed in the company and classify them in accordance with the regulations in force in the organization, information security policies and a list of information related to restricted access information, commercial secrets or another type of secrecy;
