HP TRIM 7 — the solution on management of records based on 24 years' experience — allows the organizations to construct quickly communication between paper document flow and the electronic systems, at the same time considerably increasing the level of business process automation and integration.

Initially the HP TRIM system was created with the purpose to help the state organizations with management of paper archives. With respect thereto the solution contains the branched functionality allowing to monitor physical placement of documents (for example in cabinets of paper archive). However gradually a system was complemented with the powerful tools allowing to build transparent communication between the paper document, its electronic copy and automated by process.

HP TRIM 7.0 allows is transparent to manage all the archive documents which are on the Microsoft SharePoint Server server in a unified environment, irrespective of a source. It concerns both documents, and information found in the blogs SharePoint Server, the Wiki systems, discussions, forms, calendars and workflows.

Wide circulation of the SharePoint Server servers gives the chance to consolidate and simplify content management, saved on several such servers. HP TRIM 7 provides transparency of receiving, search and management of all types of the business information placed on paper and electronic media including Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and the latest SharePoint Server 2010.

The accelerated deployment, the increased performance

In comparison with other solutions the new client HP TRIM web interface 7.0 having extensive potential of configuring (via visual interfaces, without programming), allows to perform system deployment much quicker — for several weeks instead of several months. It allows to implement the project of automation in parts and in case of need to make changes to the created processes "on the fly". Besides, due to use of indexation and search in content time spent for search of important information is reduced and the possibility of immediate response to requests of supervisory, judicial and regulatory authorities appears.

"Experiment of HP on cooperation with the state organizations worldwide, certainly, will be useful to Russia and the CIS countries in which subjects of departmental automation and paper and electronic transformation are extremely relevant, we stood at the origins of automation of government institutions of many countries of the West", - Vedenyapin Evgeny, the Director of business development of Information Management HP Software in the region of Central and Eastern Europe notes.

Transparent management of archives using products and Microsoft SharePoint technologies

HP TRIM 7.0 has two new modules facilitating work of users of SharePoint Server:

The module of HP TRIM Records Management improves management of archive business documents: directly from a working environment of SharePoint Server transparent access to all content of the SharePoint Server server which is in HP TRIM is provided.

The module of HP TRIM Archiving helps the organizations to reduce risk of data loss when the released memory devices and system resources of SharePoint Server are involved. The module freely archives in HP TRIM separate objects of SharePoint Server or contents of storage, in general. It occurs in the background that allows to use SharePoint Server storages in a standalone mode and at the same time to have continuous access to information.

In April, 2011 in the system of HP TRIM Enterprise Records Management there was a Multijurisdictional Retention function supporting automatic exercise of complex circuits of preserving of data that is important for those enterprises which have representations in the different countries. Besides, politicians of localization help to lower administrative loading, to reduce costs and to make simpler processes of ensuring compliance to regulations. Thanks to a new feature of Bulk Data Loading additional expense reduction at the expense of the accelerated updating of large arrays of records is provided.
