The Panasonic company presented a "smart" mirror which in some sort sees the person through at a January exhibition of consumer CES 2019 electronics. Development is intended for independent control of key indicators of health and life activity.
The device not just displays reflection of the person facing it, and allows to control his heartbeat and other vital indicators. On the screen the mobile circuit of the person to the utmost which is consisting of bright moving dots and precisely repeating all movements of a body is displayed. It is similar to "a power body" which fantasts so like to describe.
On the display sections where veins and arteries approach skin are specified and strongest heartbeat is felt — on them a system traces a rhythm. On the screen the cardiogram, growth, a floor, probable age and other physiological parameters of the person are displayed. The technology can estimate emotions, thermal feelings, the movements of a body, a stress, etc. with a high accuracy.
Panasonic considers that the similar developments which are on the verge of the physical and digital worlds are capable to add the systems of the smart home, having become one of instruments of interaction of the person and his environment.
The Japanese company works many years on the products equipped with sensors, video cameras of high resolution and image processing systems. Still "smart" mirrors created by Panasonic performed mainly cosmetology functions.
For example, one of such devices is equipped with the LED tapes and cameras which are reading out the invoice of skin using the analysis of the reflected and absorbed light. A system is completed with the printer printing a make-up mask of skin color of the user for correction of different roughnesses or scars.
