The Norwegian service center Apple refused a local resident for free repair 4 iPhone. The reason for the failure was the use of the device at a negative air temperature - on the street was minus 12. The woman bought a smartphone in October 2010. Two months later, the phone exploded in her car when he was connected to the car's stereo system. According to the woman, the temperature in the cabin at that time was plus 20 degrees.

Nevertheless, employees of the service center felt that the Norwegian connected the iPhone to the stereo system before the start of the trip, when the temperature inside the car was approaching the street (minus 12 degrees) and did not take the device for repair.

The user manual of iPhone 4 says that the smartphone cannot be used at temperatures below 0 and above plus 35, as well as exposed to sharp temperature differences. You can store the device without using it at temperatures from minus 20 to plus 45 degrees.
