2018: "Mobile Crawler" on Android platform
According to November 2018, Mobile Crawler is an application developed on the Android platform. It is used to perform direct work on bypass tasks by line engineers who take readings, check the measuring complex, as well as initial admission to operation and replace existing meters for electricity consumers. The system is intended for enterprises of fuel and energy complex and housing and communal services. The implementation of the System is carried out taking into account the individual requirements of each customer, which allows it to be adapted to the specifics of the industry and regional legislation. One of the projects is the modernization of the System for the specifics of MSW operators.
The goals and objectives of the project are:
- Optimization of work and minimization of costs associated with the collection of readings;
- Optimization of the process of primary admission, replacement and inspection of metering devices;
- Provision of semi-automated reading, collection and verification of additional information about consumers and metering facilities, in those places where automated reading is not possible;
- Implementation of the mechanism for forming and sending certificates for printing on the tasks of the route sheet;
- Improving the reliability of the readings used to form a useful yield;
- Reduction of labor costs for accounting accounting data processing from various sources;
- Analysis of the enterprise indicators and the use of the working time of the contractors involved in the work with the metering devices.
- Create a list and collect additional information on metering devices that were not included in the route for one reason or another.
The expected effect of using the solution is:
Optimizing performance and minimizing the costs associated with reading collection:
- Saving paper by using electronic media;
- Reduced processing time for routine operations;
- Automation of calculation of metering device error;
- Generation, autocomplete, editing and sending for printing of acts, as well as their saving in the database;
- Comfortable and fast input using a specially designed interface for mobile devices;
- Provide semi-automatic reading in places where automated reading is not possible.
Improving the reliability of the readings used to form a useful yield:
- Detection of gross errors of readings when entering them on a mobile device;
- Transmission from readings with additional information (CP events, photographs) by the accounting point online;
- Establishment of authorship of each taken testimony;
- Collecting geocoordinates of the performer's location during the task execution.
Reduce the labor required to process accounting credentials from different sources:
- Receive the route and send the removed credentials to the server from anywhere where there is access to the Internet;
- Verification of input data;
- No labor to record the taken readings in the database.
Secure information exchange between system components based on the certificate system and data encryption.
