"IKSAR" - the own software product of JSC "Online Group" - is a digital tool for a field employee in AR glasses. One part of the IKSAR platform is responsible for the rapid development of digital instructions for action (operating instructions), the other for their accurate execution on a mobile device, including AR points of industrial execution.

2022: What AR software and hardware technologies and devices will be in demand by Industrial Companies

Increasing the efficiency and productivity of production personnel, especially the "field employee," is largely due to the provision of a digital tool that accompanies current operations. Reducing the risk of human error is one of the key topics for industrial companies. At the same time, the most important element is the protection of the employee himself within the area of labor protection.

Solutions based on the Russian software platform "IKSAR" (included in the register of domestic software) in combination with AR glasses, smartphones and tablets in recent years have been actively introduced into various business processes of the largest industrial companies in Russia. More details here.

2021: Inclusion in the Register of Domestic Software

In June 2021, the software platform for solutions for augmented and virtual reality devices and technologies "IKSAR" was included in the register of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases by order of the Ministry of Digital Arts of Russia dated 22.06.2021 No. 633 Appendix No. 1, registry No. 10726.

2018: Announcement of the Ixar platform

On March 29, 2018, INLINE GROUP announced the creation of a Russian integrated software platform for IKSAR augmented (auxiliary) reality devices and technologies, compatible with the most popular smart glasses and other AR class mobile devices (assisted, augmented reality). The development is designed for real-time design and visualization of various operations in industry, trade, tourism, medicine, education and other areas of the economy.

As the developer noted, ICSAR is a single flexible platform for a wide range of application scenarios and the full use of auxiliary reality in everyday operations. One part of the platform is responsible for creating its own business process scenarios, the other for bringing them to the application on a smart device. These can be any operations that need to be performed in a certain order. For example, maintenance or bypassing of equipment, operations of a warehouse employee, assembly of products, inspection control, acceptance of a car in a car service, actions of an insurance agent or museum guide, public performances and so on.

The IKSAR platform is compatible with most popular augmented reality devices. It manages them through an intuitive user interface and a voice command module in Russian. The audio-video module ensures the operation of the "see what I see" or "Remote Assistance" modes. The solution also provides the ability to integrate with customer-specific resource planning, supply chain management, and product lifecycle management systems. Data protection is provided by modern information security tools.

According to representatives of INLINE GROUP, the introduction of IKSAR allows:

  • systematize and digitize the operations of employees performing equipment maintenance and monitoring, as well as inspection control of manufactured products;
  • get a full understanding of the composition of the performed operations, the period and duration of work, the conditions under which the operations were performed, accompany the operations with photo and video materials, registered problems or defects, analyze communication sessions with remote assistants and much more;
  • Implement best practices for ongoing operations;
  • the necessary data in a clear form and at the right time before the eyes;
  • Learning by doing
  • exemption of workers from the need to hold any mobile devices (hands free);
  • significantly simplify interaction between a person and a device for analyzing equipment parameters.

"Auxiliary, augmented, virtual and mixed realities are no longer the future, but the present. Analysts predict that the volume of the global market for AR and VR in 2025 will reach 80 billion US dollars, and the task of Russian high-tech companies is to indicate their presence in this segment. "
