2021: KSK.IK 2.7 with business analytics based on Pentaho BI
KSK Technologiya Company on February 17, 2021 announced the release of an updated version of the low-code platform KSK. Intelligent Conveyor (KSK), designed to automate business processes of any level of complexity. In KSK.IK 2.7, there are even more opportunities for working with cases (CMMN) and building business intelligence based on a solution from Pentaho BI.
According to representatives of KSK TECHNOLOGIYA, the introduction of the case management module will solve more specific tasks for automating dynamic business processes for companies. A large number of negotiation stages, changing intermediate data at each stage, and making decisions as the task progresses, are now easily built into a convenient and transparent business process.
The second important update in the platform is business analytics based on Pentaho BI, to which we supplemented the solution. Previously, all analytics were built on the basis of Metabolase BI, which limited the number of customized reports and the ability to work with large volumes of heterogeneous information. In turn, Pentaho BI has enough tools for detailed business intelligence of combined data, and, as a result, it allows you to implement requests and requirements of any degree of complexity in a minimum short time.
That is, we can take data from various processes, combine it with data from registries and receive reports in real time. At the same time, Pentaho software is fully suitable for the import substitution program, which allows us to use this functionality in our KSK.IK platform (No. 6726 in the Register of Russian Software).
Also, in this version of KSK.IK, a number of improvements were made on the point configuration of the system functionality for comfortable user work and compliance with the rules of the information access services of the IB - role hiding of fields depending on the level of access of the performer, setting up the display of the task registry for each department or user, etc. The mechanism for assigning tasks to a specific performer or whole unit has been improved and work has been carried out to optimize the system for high-load solutions.
