The LS Trade system is a corporate trading management system that automates the management functions of a trading enterprise. LS Trade Fusion is a centralized solution for automation of retail and wholesale trade, including for large retail chains and distribution warehouses, implemented taking into account international business standards. It is used to implement projects with complex business logic, large amounts of information/number of users and is widely in demand among retailers.

Analysis and Control subsystem

Provides the ability to analyze information on trading activities in a variety of sections, promptly generates analytical reports in MS Excel format. This subsystem is a convenient tool for making management decisions and exercises control by the manager over the activities of all categories of managers of the trading enterprise, in particular buyers.

According to the complexity of the formation, the reports are divided into:

  • reports (on the turnover of goods, the dynamics of changes in inventory and sales rates, all kinds of statistics regarding groups of goods, suppliers and buyers, expiration dates, etc.);
  • OLAP cubes.

Procurement Management Subsystem

Provides an efficient procurement system for goods and performs the following functions:

  • Maintain an assortment list of goods relative to suppliers, transportation groups, and storage locations
  • Split of responsibility for purchasing goods between managers
  • generation of requests for the supply of goods with their transfer to the databases of stores and warehouses;
  • tracking of the stages of procurement formation (planned, for approval, open, closed);
  • control over the execution of orders by suppliers.

Distribution Center subsystem

The distribution center frees store staff from management functions and completely solves the issues of replenishment, pre-sale preparation, pricing, work with suppliers, accounting, marketing, etc. Only the minimum necessary functions of Front-office and Back-office are performed in the store. Use is possible provided that goods are received by retail trading enterprises only from the center. Direct delivery of goods from suppliers to stores is excluded. All transfer, return, etc. activities are carried out through the distribution warehouse. Strict restrictions are imposed on the entry of regulatory reference information by system users when working in stores.

Other options for interaction between the distribution center and stores are allowed. They shall be agreed with the Customer.

Subsystem "Accounts payable management"

The main task of this subsystem is to generate a payment proposal as late as possible in accordance with accounting data and contracts with suppliers.     • automatic calculation of the "full" cost price with the possibility of using forecast indicators for an item that has not yet been fully processed;
    • Set/view mark-ups from cost, from the first recommended retail price
    • possibility of group price changes;
    • view total average markups by enterprise, department, sub-department, etc.

  • Forming a calculation based on the planned retail turnover and additional costs (rent, labor, etc.) per month.
