Integration from alkozamka of ACS
In November, 2019 the Laboratory of Smart Driving company announced cooperation with the Canadian producer of portable determinants of alcohol in an expiratory air of Alcohol Countermeasure Systems (ACS). Under the terms of the agreement, will build in the telematic Element system alkozamok ACS.
Before start of the car equipped with a system "An element, the driver will undergo testing via the breathalyzer. In case of exceeding of regulation on concentration of vapors of ethyl alcohol a system will block the engine.
Check of the driver can also happen in a random way during the trip. Data on blood alcohol level at the driver will come to the Element system. Results of check with data on time and coordinates of the driver will be transferred to the Laboratories of Smart Driving server, and later in a report type to go the companies clients.
In Europe similar technologies already showed successful results, and for Russia such large-scale project will become the first — the CEO of "Laboratory of smart driving" Mikhail Anokhin says. — We see big perspectives of use of an alkozamk. For example, it will be useful for the taxi, is carsharing also other services of city transport. |
According to Vedomosti, in March, 2016 Ekaterina Ignatova, Sergey Chemezov's wife, purchased 99% of System solutions company. "The laboratory of smart driving" was its only asset.
That cars in Russia are going to complete alkozamkam, started talking in 2018. Such measures contain in the implementation plan of long-term strategy of traffic safety in which development the traffic police is engaged.
Sweden became the pioneer in large-scale implementation of alkozamk. There they are set not only in cars of violators, but also in the taxi and the commercial Volvo trucks.[1]
Updating of mobile application: "smart" autostart, access to the application through use of a PIN code, fingerprint and Face ID
On May 23, 2019 the Laboratory of Smart Driving company provided large-scale updating of mobile application Element. According to the developer, upgraded version of the application will give to car owners additional opportunities for comfortable use of the car.
"The laboratory of Smart Driving" updated design of the Element application and added control functions by the car. For clients "smart" setup of autostart thanks to which became possible was added to configure conditions under which automatic engine start will be performed. The motorist can independently expose convenient parameters according to which the car will be got: the schedule, temperature on the street, an accumulator charge. For improvement of quality of use of the application developers added a feature to dispute speeding directly from mobile application, to share location or to hide the selected trip. Also in the application the calendar of trips that the driver could browse the routes for any date was added.
As the developer noted, in the provided version of the solution access to the application is possible through use of a PIN code, fingerprint and Face ID for providing the high level of reliability of personal data.

As of May, 2019 mobile application is available on IOS and Android to all owners of the Element system.[2]
Structure of the solution "Element"
As of May, 2019 the solution "Element" is from:
- OBDII adapter: the telematic device is connected to the diagnostic connector of the car and reads out data on its movement and technical condition.
- Mobile application: the visualized information on the nature of use of the car, remote control, diagnostic information.
- Instruments of protection: the tag of security and the device of blocking protect the car from stealing.
