2017: Upgrade of Infor of M3

On March 14, 2017 the Lawson Software company announced release of release of the version of the ERP system of Infor M3.

She is created taking into account experience of leading companies and offers full-scale automation of the enterprises of process production. Infor M3 considers specifics of management of the organizations consisting of several geographically distributed divisions or branches. The product helps to make changes in a business model, adapting to constantly changing requirements of the industry.

Infor M3 is a complex from several modules:

  • contains technical documentation on products

• the module of supply management supports drawing up diagrams and interaction with network of suppliers,

2013: New release of Infor M3

The Infor company announced on June 27, 2013 an exit of new release of the product Infor M3 focused on specific tasks of vertically integrated enterprises of a number of the industries.

The firstborn as a part of Infor 10x

Infor M3 (till 2011 - Lawson M3 Enterprise Management System) - the first ERP application from Infor which entered the software package Infor 10 x Suite.

The solution provides access to social, mobile, analytical and cloud innovative technologies of Infor and represents the latest Infor Ming.le platform for cooperation based on social networks, improvement of business processes and contextual analytics.

In the new version more than 500 improvements for specific requirements of distribution, mechanical engineering, industry of a fashion, the chemical and food industry. Functional improvements affect all aspects, including optimization of payment terms by parameters of client orders, the improved distribution of discounts, more transparent management of margins, markdowns and exceptions, the improved prevention of a delay of orders and the simplified processing of sets. Replacement of positions at order entry is improved.

The financial interface became simpler, the mechanism of invoicing of invoices for suppliers is simplified, approval of logistics of the ledger, advance payments in AP and AR, dynamic credit limits is improved, the analytics is expanded and management of the VAT and taxation is improved. In the module of inventory management statistics, updating of positions determined by the user of a numbering rule of lots and assignment to lots of several statuses at the same time are improved.
