MIX — the multifunction integrated communication complex intended for digitalization of communications on sea vessels and containing a mobile segment – base stations, mobile phones and sensors of a physiological status of crew.

2019: Passing of state tests on the Baltic Fleet of the VTR of Russia and upgrade

On July 25, 2019 the Ruselectronics holding provided to State Corporation Rostec the integrated complex of communication of MIKS upgraded multifunction for the surface ships and submarines including "smart" biometric bracelets for crew. The complex passed the state tests on the Baltic Fleet of the VTR of Russia and was upgraded according to requirements of the customer.

During upgrade developers increased cybersecurity of a complex: the functionality of means of protecting of administration of information security was enhanced, additional solutions for counteraction to cyber attacks are created.

The complex allows to perform "digitalization" of internal and external communication of the ship and also to provide members of crews with internal wireless communication with seamless roaming.

The developer of the equipment – Inteltech PJSC " (enters in Ruselectronics) – provided server- switch being a part of a complex of communication, and a set of the most demanded terminals, including, "smart" bracelets for biometric control of crew. Devices provide identification personnel and monitoring of its location and also will allow to trace its status remotely.

Onboard the vessel MIX provides intra ship loudspeaker communication, ship telephone communication, video surveillance, data exchange and also broadcast of video content on the screens installed in cabins. Outside the MIKS ship keeps in telegraph and telephone contact, a video conferencing, data exchange and files. The Special Software (SS) provides to officials a complete packet of multiservices and manages the wide nomenclature of signal equipment.

The MIX represents the building block solution scaled under different ranks and classes of the ships. The developed technologies allow to create complexes of communication not only for the fleet, but also for transport and industrial facilities, such as, for example, drilling platforms, - told in Ruselectronics. – We aim to reduce the price of the equipment for the civil consumer, improving technology of his production. 2018: Development of MIKS

On September 6, 2018 the Ruselectronics company reported that it developed the multifunction integrated communication complex (MICC) which is completely constructed on the domestic hardware-software platform.

According to the company, the complex created by PJSC Inteltech entering into Ruselectronics is the first building block solution providing wireless communication with seamless roaming for underwater and surface courts of a different rank. Earlier in courts only the fixed inside communication was used that reduced an exchange rate necessary information. The MIKS complexes are planned to acceptance for arms in the nearest future. Preparation of allowing documentation for deliveries to export is conducted.

The coordination of actions of crew and information exchange rate are especially important by the fighting ships. Earlier crew members for communication with the commander had to use the stationary device. Use of our development will allow any crew member to have an opportunity to quickly receive and transfer information in any place of the ship. Besides, we see ample opportunities for use of our development not only on water, but also on the land. The multifunction communication complex is relevant on large-scale industrial productions and strategically important objects where the protected mobile inside communication is required. According to representatives of the company, MIKS represents the connected functional subsystems scaled under different ranks and classes of the ships – both small cruisers, and big aircraft carrying groups. The complex integrates in a single system screens, radio telephones with touch displays, terminals of team broadcasting, sensors of control of a physiological status of the crew member. All equipment is created taking into account operation in the conditions of strong rolling, influence of sea water and broad range of temperatures.
