MTS: The platform for management of houses

2019: Start

On December 24, 2019 MTS announced start of the platform for management of apartment houses. She turns on software  for management companies and mobile applications for the residents of the house and masters servicing apartments. The solution is developed on the basis of a startup "The clever inhabitant" from own accelerator of MTS Startup Hub.

The platform provides automatic collecting of meter readings, entering of data in a system and drawing of accounts. In the application for residents there is an opportunity to pay bills of housing and public utilities and to configure autopayment that as consider in MTS, allows to increase collecting of payment by 50%.

MTS started the platform for management of apartment houses

For management companies a system expands opportunities for receiving an additional income from paid services. The section with information on company services and also the advertizing block is provided in the application. Statistics on requests for a call of masters — to their categories, quantity, dynamics of the solution — allows to see what the greatest number of addresses is connected with and to prevent emergence of system problems.

In the future the functionality of the platform will extend. In particular, it is going to add management of different IoT-solutions: sensors of leakages, monitoring systems lift equipment, systems of video monitoring, etc.

By estimates of MTS, by the end of 2019 of only 1.5-2% of management companies in Russia use digital technologies. At the same time the size of the market of such solutions, according to forecasts of the operator, will increase not less than by 10 times.

Segment of housing and public utilities — one of the priority directions within development of corporate digital solutions of MTS — the director of the department of IoT of MTS  Sergey Irevli says. — We develop a full-fledged ecosystem for this market: we expand a covering of the NB-IoT network, largest in Russia, we develop own products in the field of digitalization of buildings, automation of housing and public utilities, various solutions for more effective management of apartment houses on the basis of Internet of Things and video analytics.
