A digital assistant is a Russian platform that provides the user with the prompt receipt of information and consulting services and information services by interacting with corporate systems in a natural language.

In fact, this is a digital personal assistant for an employee who provides the latter with various services and data, the source of which is corporate systems.

The focus of the platform is on integration with complex corporate systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc., while the user is as distant as possible from the relationship with these systems, the Digital Assistant does everything for him.

Thanks to it, employees and customers will be able to quickly find the necessary information that is stored in the company's internal services, automate daily duties and solve other work tasks. You can communicate with a virtual assistant in the same way as with a colleague: voice or chat.

"Digital Assistant" is an artificial intelligence platform: a virtual analogue of an experienced secretary with impeccable memory. The Assistant works as a single point of access to various corporate services: it easily integrates with Russian and Western enterprise management systems. At the request of the employee, "Digital Assistant" can find colleagues' contacts on the internal portal, order history, or quickly process the customer's request. In addition, he can be reworked routine tasks: preparing daily reports, organizing regular video conferencing, sending letters.

The virtual assistant perfectly understands live speech - it was created specifically for Russian-speaking users. You can communicate with him in free form - through his own interface or through instant messengers: Skype, Telegram, Slack, Myteam, and so on.

The "assistant" knows how not only to respond to requests, but also to take the initiative. So, for example, if you ask a question about vacation, he can suggest when it is better to leave to rest, so that it is as effective as possible for the workflow, who can replace the employee and how many days of rest are left in the current year.
