2022: In the Moscow region, the connection of military registration and enlistment offices to the bases of the registry office, state automated system "Vybory" and the Federal Tax Service began

On November 1, 2022, it became known that in the Moscow region, the connection of military registration and enlistment offices to the bases of the registry office, the state automated system and the Federal Tax Service began to automatically update data on military prisoners. The details of the pilot project were revealed by the military commissar of the Moscow region Alexei Astakhov during a round table in the Federation Council "Digital Transformation of Military Commissariats."

According to him, such integration will ensure the automatic update of data on the draft contingent. At the same time, the senators present at the round table noted that although the system should know about a person "more than he [knows] about himself," this did not help to carry out partial mobilization without mistakes.

As the newspaper notes, after the start of partial mobilization in Russia, error messages began to be received from many regions, including the appeal of those who are not subject to. Regional ombudsmen reported that most of the complaints they received during the mobilization were due to the non-compliance of the mobilized with priority criteria for conscription, due to the formal conduct or lack of a medical examination, as well as due to problems with equipment. Those who received the summons, in particular, claimed to have dependents, do not correspond for health reasons, do not have combat experience.^[1]
