2017: Integration with AUTH.AS

The Russian developer RCNTEC announced on August 16 integration of service of two-factor authentication of AUTH.AS into the solution Check Point Software Technologies — a program blade of Check Point Mobile Access.

Integration is implemented by setup of additional external servers of authentication Radius as which the failover cluster of AUTH.AS which is in a cloud or established on the customer's servers acts. In more detail about it it is possible to read here.

Announcement of a program blade

The program blade of Mobile Access Software Blade has enhanced capabilities of SSL VPN and the optimized technology of enciphering for protection of corporate network against threat of unauthorized access during the communication sessions with remote users. A part of the solution is the client application Check Point Mobile which can work on mobile devices with operating systems of Apple, Android, Symbian and Windows, says Check Point.

Mobile Access Software Blade allows to create for users the convenient portal providing secure access to corporate network, e-mail and web applications. The authentication system based on use of certificates and also the thought-over mechanism of approval of the user devices guarantee that certain users will have access only to a certain set of applications — just as if they were at the working computer, explained in Check Point. Thanks to such complex approach network administrators can set on a centralized basis security policy and access to applications, and end users get quick and secure access to network without the need for repeated authorization.

The architecture of Software Blade from Check Point simplifies security problem solving: in read minutes in network Mobile Access Software Blade or one of other 30 program blades can be unrolled. At the same time acquisition of the additional hardware is not required, management of network do not become complicated, emphasized in Check Point.

The Check Point Mobile application can be loaded free of charge from the website of Apple App Store.
