2020: Start of online collection in ADM

On April 23, 2020 the Otkrytiye Bank announced completion of piloting and start in commercial operation of the technological solution for legal entities – online collection in ADM (the automatic deposit machine, a compact analog of the ATM). ADM allows to hand over independently trade revenue into the account of the company directly in a sales point – without participation of collectors.

By request of corporate clients the "turnkey" bank will organize purchase, installation and connection of the automated deposit machine and issues cards for work with this device to the staff of the company.

In difference from usual service of collection, online collection in ADM allows the company to work in the round-the-clock mode with cash trade and agency revenue without an exit from outlet or sales office, to credit funds to a checking account or special bank account online, for 100% to exclude risk of storage of cash in cash desk of the company at night and holidays.

Use of ADM reduces labor costs of staff of the companies by sorting and packaging of cash in bags and also excludes execution of paper preprovoditelny documents – they just are not required. Average saving of time of personnel makes up to 30 minutes daily. One more advantage - verification of notes on authenticity at the time of their acceptance from buyers as the automated deposit machine has the maximum extent of check on authenticity, above requirements of the Bank of Russia.

Online collection in ADM became popular among the legal entities working with large volumes of cash revenue – from 1 million rubles a month on outlet. In Otkrytiye bank for April, 2020 more than 100 companies, the working more than 25 cities of Russia used service.
