The organization of monitoring of efficiency of activity of authorities - the major task in the field of public administration. Within decree 607 of 4/28/2008 the problem of monitoring of efficiency of activity of executive authorities purchases especially acuity. The most labor-intensive and expensive process is collecting of indicators and primary reports from subordinated network.
