Power measure: The ASCAPC of the power supplying organizations

At the organization of the information and measuring complexes (IMC) on accessions of commercial accounting of EE the multitariff counters having a class of accuracy 0.2S (0.5S) and providing commercial accounting of the active and reactive electric power in one or in two directions are installed. Counters integrate in a uniform complex with the USPD of KTS "Energomera" on the local industrial bus RS-485.

The Information Complex of an Electric Unit (ICEU) as a part of the USPD and a communication equipment, provides information exchange between all components of a system, collecting and data storage of commercial accounting and diagnostic information.

The Information Complex (IC) provides the automated collecting and storage of results of measurements in the specialized database, automatic diagnostics of measuring instruments, control of reliability of results of measurements. For information transfer of the IVKE level GSM standard communication channels and also by means of the modem using a public telephone line are used
