Connection to a Unified identification and authentication system

On December 14, 2020 it became known that the Infoklinika.RU portal is on a centralized basis connected now to UNIFIED IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM (a single system authentications and authorizations, more often called by users as authorization through "State services"). It became possible thanks to the fact that the Infoklinika.RU portal received the official status "Other Information System" as a part of state the Unified information system recently health care (UNIFORM STATE HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEM). A developer and the operator of the Infoklinika.RU portal is Programs and technologiesSmart Delta Sistems", partner of the company LLC.

Now all medical organizations using MIS "Infoklinika" can quickly unroll a personal account of the patient using authorization through "Gosuslugi". Clinics should not submit independently the application for connection to a Unified identification and authentication system any more and to issue separate digital signature certificates. Inclusion of the mode of authorization of the patient in a personal account of the medical organization using its account on the Gosuslugi portal will require only several clicks of a mouse in settings of a personal account of clinic on Infoklinika.RU.

Authorization of patients through a Unified identification and authentication system – the mandatory requirement when providing telemedicine services therefore the next step on improvement of the Infoklinika.RU portal will contribute to their development. It is especially relevant in the period of a pandemic when demand for remote consultations of doctors considerably grew. Thanks to an innovation the service of telemedicine consultations based on MIS "Infoklinika" can be deployed for only several days now.

Obtaining the status of Other information system dragged on for one and a half years, and at connection to a Unified identification and authentication system it was necessary to prove several times that the Infoklinika.RU portal has the right to such connection. Thanks to our partner to Programmy i tekhnologii LLC which is developer and operator of the Infoklinika.RU Portal for persistence on achievement of result. It is no secret that many clinics would like to offer the patients an opportunity of receiving consultations of specialists in the remote mode, but rather large volume of the actions and costs required for respect for rules of law and concerns "will go - will not go" forced a part of our clients to put telemedicine start away for later or in general to refuse this idea. This status allows to connect on a centralized basis the portal to Uniform State Health Information System and also to UNIFIED IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM – a single system authentications and authorizations. It simplifies access to the portal through service "State services" both for patients, and for clinics, and creates additional conveniences when receiving medical services. The Infoklinika.RU portal is developed by the company "Programs and technologies" – the partner of the company "Smart Delta Sistems".

After the centralized connection of the Infoklinika.RU portal to a Unified identification and authentication system for authorization of the patient through Gosuslugi service medical institutions will not need to be connected independently to a Unified identification and authentication system any more and to use the GOST certificates. Authorization of the patient through Gosuslugi will be available to all websites on the Infoklinika.RU portal: it will only be required to include it in settings. The centralized connection of the Infoklinika.RU portal to Uniform State Health Information System will allow clinics to send data to the IEMK and REMD federal services via the Infoklinika.RU portal without the need for direct connection to the Ministries of Health of the Russian Federation Protected Data Network (PDN).

Inclusion of the Infoklinika.RU portal in the register "Other information systems" – a long-awaited event: our partner needed 1.5 years to fulfill all requirements of MZ RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
