Quorum. Electronic archive

According to the instruction of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2346-U, credit institution can organize a system of accounting of the documents connected with a design of accounting, settlement and cash transactions, in electronic form and store them on CD - or DVD disks. For the solution of this task the Kvorum company offers the customers the specialized software product "Quorum. Electronic archive" which completely conforms to requirements of the instruction of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2346-U.

"Quorum. The electronic archive" is intended for achievement of specific purposes of bank in the field of electronic storage and document handling, namely:

• expense reduction on preparation and document storage of bank (paper, supplies for printing, warehouse, transport and a postage);
• optimization of labor costs of employees of the bank (first of all, due to automation of routine transactions);
• risk minimization of loss or distortion of documents in archive;
• use of the unified service for archiving of documents from the diverse systems of bank;
• compliance to the instruction of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2346-U.

Product "Quorum. The electronic archive" allows to organize electronic archive of bank documents, since preparation of electronic document revisions and finishing with utilization of units of storage after the corresponding terms.
