On May 15, 2019 the RG-Soft company, the official partner of 1C company, presented industry solution "RG-Soft: Assessment-center".

RG-Soft noted that in the modern world the shortage of skilled staff both in the companies, and in foreign market is more and more sharply felt. Also it is not only about professional skills. A necessary condition of successful work is also existence of certain competences which will allow to cope with assigned tasks qualitatively and at the high level. One of valuation methods of competences is the Assessment-center. This method allows to carry out the assessment both external candidates, and assessment of potential of staff of the company. The procedure represents complex personel assessment. Participants execute a number of exercises which model the key moments of their activity and in the course of exercises independent experts-observers estimate the level of development of competences of participants.
