The Prevention of Collisions RealTrac technology is focused on prevention of collisions of transport, zoom-in of the equipment on people and the notification about dangerous rapprochement of the employees working at an object.

2020
Release of a HSS of PROD CAS 1100
On June 10, 2020 the RealTrac Technologies company reported about the output of the equipment for security in the PROD CAS 1100 mines which is development of the product RealTrac "Antinayezd" and completely conforms to requirements of Rostekhnadzor for industrial security and has optimal cost among analogs in the market.
The equipment of PROD CAS 1100 is installed on the mining machines involved in mineral extraction.
The uniform hardware and software system PROD CAS 1100 solves all range of problems of prevention of collisions of the equipment and zoom-in of the mining equipment on personnel. The price of a basic set of the equipment of one piece of equipment begins from 50,000 rubles.
PROD CAS 1100 can concede in separate aspects to other models — for example, on accuracy the device loses PROD CAS 1000 a little. However, on the general functionality PROD CAS 1100 completely conforms to all requirements of rules of industrial security of Rostekhnadzor and Order No. 599 with changes of March 14, 2019.
The Antinayezd system ensures safety of operation of the mountain equipment and miners in underground developments due to effective warning of emergency situations. The personal tag is issued to each worker, and vehicles are equipped with PROD CAS 1100 devices. The distance between pieces of equipment is continuously calculated and estimated depending on such parameters as speed of movement of transport and its specific features. The operator of the machine obtains from the PROD CAS 1100 complex information on the number of personnel and the vehicles equipped with the equipment Antinayezd and which are in area of radio visibility. At the same time on the display the operator always sees, there is a miner or the equipment on a trajectory of the movement of the mining equipment.
At fast rapprochement of objects the Antinayezd system signals the operator-driver and workers about the danger caused by finding of people or the equipment on a trajectory of the movement of the vehicle. If the product is integrated with an internal system of control of the equipment, in an emergency situation a system is also capable to stop completely transport without participation of the operator.
Operation of the equipment of the Antinayezd system also happens completely independently — connection with the server or the Internet is not required. Functioning of the Antinayezd system also does not depend on visibility conditions on an object and can be performed in different conditions of dust content, humidity and at negative temperatures. The PROD CAS 1100 body has IP65 pylevlagozashchita level.
The uniform hardware and software system PROD CAS 1100 of the Antinayezd system includes the block of control combined with the display of the operator and the antenna. Also systems capabilities can be improved, due to equipping by additional antennas — this option is relevant when the improved control of side zones is required.
Change of the trademark
On June 10, 2020 the RealTrac Technologies company announced change in the name of the product.
2018
Version 3.2
The RTL Service group developing the systems of industrial security in April, 2018 put on the market upgraded version of a hi-tech product for suppression of collisions of transport and people in mines and pits.
The innovative technologies implemented in the next version of the RealTrac Prevention of collisions system are designed to minimize collisions of transport and zoom-in on people at mountain production.
The RealTrac Prevention of collisions system is the Russian product created by RTL Service Group for security at mineral extraction by the opened and closed method. The autonomous system which is not requiring connection with the server and the Internet defines distance between objects and the direction of their movement relatively each other, controlling rapprochements "transport transport" and "transport person". A system fixes the facts of unsafe rapprochements and timely notifies on it the drivers of the equipment and workers who are nearby.
In version 3.2 there was a display installed in a cabin of the driver of the mining machine. On it control zones which a system creates around the equipment (Attention, Danger, Accident), and provision of other objects in these zones are displayed. When potentially dangerous rapprochement of the equipment and people occurs, the display informs on it the driver using LED and sound signaling. And the driver, relying on visual display of a situation, can correctly adjust the actions for prevention of accident.
One more updating of a system is that now the form and the size of zones of control can change depending on type of the equipment and the hinged equipment.
As of April 11, the RealTrac Prevention of collisions system of version 3.2 is available to all mining companies aiming to increase the level of production security and efficiency extracting and production processes.
2017
Version 3.1
On August 31, 2017 the RTL Service company submitted the next version of the product "RealTrac Prevention of collisions" developed for decrease in number of emergency situations at the mining enterprises and reductions quantity of injuries of personnel, breakdowns of the equipment and idle time of transport.
Collision of vehicles which can become also the reason of an injury of the driver or miner remains rather widespread emergency situation in mines and pits of the mining enterprises. According to developers, the product "RealTrac Prevention of collisions" of version 3.1 allows to exclude a human factor from process of prevention of similar incidents completely.
The autonomous system creates three zones of control which continuously assess a surrounding situation around each vehicle — the operability of a system does not depend on operating conditions, speed and the direction of traffic. At emergence of danger of collision with the person, the equipment or other vehicle a system includes a siren and the flasher, and the driver receives the corresponding notifications.
In the presence of integration with internal systems of the RealTrac Prevention of collisions car maybe automatically the distance at which it will occur is given a task to stop the vehicle – in the course of setup of a system.
Among additional product capabilities — storage of incidents (collisions, dangerous rapprochements, signaling operation). Thanks to it all potential emergency situations it is possible to analyze, reveal problem aspects and to change technology and business processes not to allow similar incidents in the future. Such approach will allow to optimize continuously security technologies of carrying out mining works and to increase enterprise performance in general, RTL emphasized in "Service".
Version 3.0
As of April 12, 2017, one of functions of building block system of local positioning of RealTrac 3.0 - prevention of collisions of transport, zoom-in of the equipment on people and the notification about dangerous rapprochement of the employees working at an object.
The RealTrac 3.0 system helps:
- record the fact of dangerous rapprochement of the equipment and personnel;
- notify the operator/driver/driver of the vehicle on dangerous proximity of the person to technical means;
- notify the employee that he is in dangerous proximity from the vehicle.
Personal tags are issued to the personnel working at an object, they help to define their location on an object. By means of installation on technology of transport tags and antennas, around each car two radiuses of detecting of dangerous rapprochement are created.
