2019: Announcement of a defibrillator

On December 2, 2019 "the Avtomatika Concern of Rostec state corporation announced TAdviser that it provided a defibrillator Altdef. The device carries out the automatic analysis of an electrocardiography, has a reliable and fast algorithm of identification of fibrillation of ventricles, is most protected and easy-to-work that allows people to use the device with any level of training. Altdef is created according to international standards on warm and pulmonary resuscitation and has registration of Roszdravnadzor.

According to the company, an automatic small-size defibrillator Altdef combines portability and small weight with functionality, reliability and simplicity of management.

The device performs automatic and fast (no more than 15 sec.) identification of fibrillation of ventricles, gives voice hints when carrying out a defibrillation and warm and pulmonary resuscitation and also holds automatic testing and indication of readiness.

Altdef supports the automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes, carries out a continuous output of an electrocardiography to the big display and also has the electronic memory saving all arriving information of protocols of a defibrillation.

The defibrillator will automatically analyze an electrocardiogram and will make a series of discharges according to the international recommendations about warm and pulmonary resuscitation.

Altdef has all necessary characteristics and is ready to application. So, time of set of pulse energy does not exceed 10 seconds, and completely the charged accumulator allows to make more than 120 discharges. To provide permanent availability for service the device itself checks a charge of the accumulator and timely signals the user about need of charging. In addition, in the device the special type of the accumulator with a low self-discharge allowing to increase the service period the accumulator before half a year and more is used.

In electronic memory of a defibrillator not only the electrocardiogram and information on parameters of discharges is fixed, but also the functions of a dictophone fixing surrounding sounds that allows to recover the sequence of assistance easily are implemented.

The product is made by JSC Kalugapribor entering into Avtomatika Concern together with the technology partner of Altonika LLC.
