Rostelecom"" April 25, 2024 launched cloudy a solution for - hotel business the Digital Hotel system. It will help automate key business management processes of any scale - from a small family hotel to a large network. The domestic PMS (Property Management System) real estate system will allow hotels to replace software foreign vendors with a new flexible and scalable tool to improve business efficiency.

The Digital Hotel is a platform for integrating and centrally managing the hotel's data to provide guests with a more personalized and high-quality service. The hotel industry, including small hotels, guest houses, large hotel complexes, chains and apartments, traditionally faces difficulties such as non-system information, lack of process automation and limited analytics capabilities. The Digital Hotel PMS system provides centralized and secure storage of guests' personal data, booking, check-in and check-out information, digitizes routine operations, manages checks and accounts, and allows you to create diverse and accurate reports based on actual hotel data for making informed decisions.

For April 2024, both the desktop and web versions of the Digital Hotel are available, which integrates with third-party management systems, for example, booking systems, financial platforms and ERP. If other Rostelecom services are already connected to the hotel - IPTV, Wi-Fi or virtual PBX, they are also easily integrated into the new solution. In the future, the system will cover other products of the company, including video surveillance and smart screens.

Many Russian hotels previously used foreign systems, often required by international hotel operators, in the networks of which they entered. The interest of hoteliers in domestic developments has grown significantly, which can be promptly implemented, updated and integrated with other software. Responding to this request, Rostelecom offers the hotel business a flexible and safe solution that will help increase revenue and improve service for guests. An important advantage of our solution is placement in the company cloud and support in 24/7 mode for the uninterrupted operation of all services integrated into the system and data protection. The pilot platform for the implementation of the "Digital Hotel" was the UNO St. Petersburg hotel, where all the functionality of the solution was tested.

The use of Rostelecom's PMS system has greatly simplified the management of the hotel. Thanks to a wide range of functions, we can flexibly adjust pricing, manage content in rooms, automate the process of repair and cleaning of rooms, as well as other important functions of the management system. I especially wanted to highlight the simplicity of installing PMS without using internal capacity. We did not have to invest in additional hardware and wired infrastructure, which significantly saved our time and resources. We also appreciate the system's support.
