2019: Creation of an industrial system of water purification
On March 22, 2019 the Ruselectronics holding announced State Corporation Rostec creation of an industrial system of the water purification allowing to select from the fulfilled solutions which are formed by production of printed circuit boards and putting electroplated coatings, chemical components for repeated application in agriculture.
This system developed and patented by JSC KNIITMU (enters into Vega Concern of Ruselectronics holding), includes chemical compositions and algorithms of their application for neutralization of the fulfilled solutions and electrolytes.
Development allows to process the solutions used for copper-ammoniac etching and galvanic copper plating of printed circuit boards and also solutions of chemical nickel plating on the basis of glycine and chrome solutions. At the exit a system allows to receive such components as, for example, copper-ammonium sulfate hexahydrate which can be used in the same areas, as "copper vitriol" - as microfertilizer in crop production as medicine in livestock production and also for antibacterial water treatment.
