2019: Obtaining FSTEC certificate
On July 18, 2019 the SAP company announced obtaining certificates of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) of Russia on cloud solutions of SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Commerce Cloud (ex.SAP Hybris Commerce) and SAP Sales Cloud (ex. SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer). Certificates confirm that all implemented and stated safety features in SAP products function correctly. Read more here.
2018: Change of the name and inclusion in the SAP Commerce Cloud portfolio
In June, 2018 the SAP company provided the portfolios for integrated management of client experience of SAP Customer Experience, the included 5 cloud solutions which are earlier presented at the market under the SAP Hybris brand. Including the SAP solution Hybris Commerce which name was changed to SAP Commerce Cloud.
2017
In the Russian data processing center
On November 21, 2017 the SAP CIS company announced placement of cloud solutions of SAP Hybris for e-commerce, marketing and customer relationship management in the Russian data processing center. Russia became the seventh country in which the company provided cloud products: SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer for automation of sales and customer service, SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud – for e-commerce and creation of marketplaces and also SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud – for the analysis and management of client experience.
The version for banks and insurance companies
The SAP SE company announced on October 3, 2017 release of an accelerator (set up a packet) the SAP solution Hybris Commerce for the financial services industry. According to representatives of the company, with the updated solution banks and insurance companies will receive the relevant tools necessary for high-quality customer service, increase in their loyalty and building of trusted relationships using package offers and cross-sales.
As the partner of SAP in development of the updated solution the joint venture of msg global solutions ag companies, integrator of products and solutions for financial service, and Netconomy, the expert in e-commerce — msgNetconomy acted. The joint venture is engaged in the implementing solutions SAP Hybris. The flexible system of data allows to configure client processes optimum.
The updated solution includes in advance configured electronic show-windows which in real time adapt under the client on the basis of his preferences and the history of purchases. In addition, it optimizes work of financial institutions and is equipped with the advanced SAP Hybris Commerce functions, including an opportunity to integrate data from the separate systems and is easy to be integrated with SAP and other platforms.
In general the version of the solution for the sphere of financial services includes the following updates:
- Joint viewing — the employee of bank or insurance company sees on the screen exactly the same information, as the client, and helps it to finish online transactions as though works with it personally. Thus the number of the underfilled requests decreases and customer satisfaction grows.
- Comparison of products — convenient location of goods and services on the website simplifies process of comparison of offers for the client.
- Templates of requests — even if occurred changes in regulatory requirements or in product characteristics, banks and insurance companies will be able always to allow clients to fill out the current version of the request for the insurance policy or a banking product because templates of requests help to update them timely.
The version for airlines
On September 27, 2017 the SAP SE company announced the version of SAP Hybris Commerce. It is developed taking into account industry specifics which will help airlines to correspond to needs of modern "digital" travelers as much as possible. The solution allows airlines to manage pricing and promotion of products on different channels: in a web and mobile applications, in shops of the airports and during flight.
According to the standard of a system of sales of air transportation of NDC (New Distribution Capability) developed by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), SAP Hybris Commerce Travel accelerator expands business opportunities of transport companies by means of expert retail. One of functions – creation of the personalized offers increasing the level of customer service in interaction points as personal, and through digital channels.
Using the module SAP Hybris Commerce Travel accelerator of airline analyze data on clients on the basis of their activity, the history of armoring, level of loyalty and the used sales channel. On the basis of this information the carrier understands what products and at what price can be offered the client. In the central directory of the solution collection of data on products of the company and proposals of partners, rates and also additional transport services is conducted.
By means of the module Travel accelerator of airline can:
- Use practice of retail in conventional process of armoring;
- Increase conversion on the website;
- Create complex offers and promotion for different segments of audience and sales channels;
- To be connected directly to partners, using the NDC standard;
- Combine the ATPCO rates with dynamic rates and additional services and manage them based on the solution;
- To dynamically create the complex offers integrating flight, placement and other related services.
NDC is the program started by IATA for development and an output to the market of the new standard of data transmission on the basis of XML. It allows airlines to reduce a gap between the range of their own website, and what is provided through the systems by tour operators. Clients get easy access to all offers of airlines via channels of tour operator and also an opportunity to receive the personalized offers.
2013: hybris: start of the platform
The hybris company, the international company proposing solutions for e-commerce announced in March, 2013 start of the hybris Commerce Suite platform — platforms for trade which gives multichannel opportunities of B2B and B2C to the organizations on a uniform technological stack.
