2019: Release of tests in Uzbek (NR2 UZ and VR2 UZ)

On May 22, 2019 the SHL company announced release of the numerical and verbal SHL tests in Uzbek. It is a result of joint work of SHL Kazakhstan company, SHL Russia company and the staff of leading companies of Uzbekistan.

NR2 UZ and VR2 UZ

The project lasted more than half a year, leading experts of departments R&D and consulting of SHL Russia&CIS which were engaged in selection and the analysis of the most optimal points on complexity on the basis of the battery of the dynamic ability tests and the tests "Information analyses" participated in development of tests. On the next stage tests were translated into Uzbek, and then offered for passing to the staff of the Uzbek companies. About 1000 people from the different companies, the industries and regions of Uzbekistan - Tashkent, Samarkand, Fergana, Andijan took part in a validization of tools. The release of the numerical and verbal SHL tests in Uzbek (NR2 UZ and VR2 UZ) for workers of level Specialists, Chief specialists and Managers of a younger link became result of work.

The numerical test (NR2 UZ) consists of 20 questions, the verbal test (VR2 UZ) – from 24. Tests contain the situations, public on contents, in small degree including business content. Tests are filled out with employees online and can be used in any situations where it is required to estimate, how well the employee is capable to work with verbal and numerical information. It is the popular tool used at candidate screen for work.

Thanks to cooperation of specialists from three countries we conducted a validizatsionny research which result were two tests for absolutely other for us the market – Uzbekistan. Very great job is done, and there is a wish to thank everyone who took part in this difficult, but very interesting project. I think, it only the beginning of a big way.
